Rawhide Outfitters offers custom combination trips that bring together multiple outdoor experiences into one memorable Idaho adventure. These trips are designed for guests who want more variety, more time outdoors, and a flexible itinerary tailored to their interests, pace, and group size.
Combination trips may include scenic Salmon River float trips, guided horseback trail rides, overnight horseback pack trips, guided fishing, and Lewis & Clark interpretive tours. By blending activities, guests experience a wider range of scenery, wildlife, and landscapes throughout the Salmon River Valley.

Every combination trip is planned individually. Our team works with you to design an itinerary that fits your schedule, experience level, and goals for the trip. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a small group, we focus on creating a balanced experience that feels relaxed, well-paced, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Because combination trips involve multiple days and activities, reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred dates.
Meals & Planning Details
For multi-day combination trips, guests receive a menu questionnaire in advance. This allows us to plan and prepare meals based on your preferences, ensuring each day includes hearty, satisfying food that fits your tastes and dietary needs.

What to Wear & Bring
Because combination trips can include a mix of activities, recommended clothing and gear will vary based on your itinerary. Once your trip is planned, we’ll provide a detailed list of what to wear and bring so you can arrive prepared and comfortable.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are encouraged to ensure availability for your preferred date and activity. A 30% deposit is required to reserve all trips.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but the full amount may be credited toward future dates.
Land-based activity prices are subject to 6% Idaho sales tax.
Family Discount
Children 12 and under receive 10% off per child.

Gratuities
Gratuities are always appreciated and are left entirely at the guest’s discretion.
